We are looking for a Sales Strategy Program Lead. This position will be based in the Peachtree Corners office, but can be worked remotely.

Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Strategy Program Lead to develop, execute, and oversee a range of sales programs and projects aimed at driving revenue growth by attracting, serving, and building strong relationships with customers served by the Electrical Infrastructure sales team. This position centers on promoting the significance of customer-centricity and crafting strategies to foster enduring and mutually beneficial relationships with customers that go beyond individual transactions. Your strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and deep understanding of the electrical power distribution industry will be key to your success.

You will make an impact by:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at cultivating strong partnerships with electrical and general contractors.
  • Partnering with the vertical markets team to formulate a comprehensive strategy for defining and promoting Smart Infrastructure capabilities in the healthcare, federal, and other targeted verticals.
  • Coordination with Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) Business Units to align with their initiatives and secure support for sales requirements to propel growth.
  • Ascertaining deficiencies in channel coverage for large contractors and collaborating with the channel management sales team to develop corrective plans.
  • Creating a contractor onboarding and training program to ensure that contractors develop a thorough grasp of our products, services, resources, and expectations, thereby enriching their skills, knowledge, and overall understanding of Siemens Industry.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key trade organizations.
  • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the impact of sales programs regularly assessing program performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive change management efforts within the sales team to encourage CRM utilization for data-driven decision-making and defining success metrics.
  • Continuously assess market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify avenues for growth and innovation.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (Master\'s preferred).
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the electrical power distribution industry, with a substantial network of contractor contacts.
  • Proven ability to envision and execute strategic plans.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively and achieve results through indirect leadership.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required for contractor meetings and industry events.

The pay range for this position is $104,400 - $179,000 + a sales incentive plan. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
