SALES SPECIALIST / SALES COORDINATOR

The

Sales Specialist / Sales Coordinator

is accountable for supporting the Sales team


RESPONSIBILITIES:




Processes dealer applications and terminations through all stages Provides administrative support for sales team including Vice President of Sales and Director of Sales Operations as needed Provides administrative support to the Regional Sales Managers Provides customer service to the dealer network via phone and email support Maintains dealer and prospective dealers data and information in CRM Prepares sales reports and assists with the development of sales programs and dealer communications Assists with processing sales orders to ensure accuracy Collaborates with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and recieve status updates Performs data entry duties for sales metrics and other key data Supports the implementation of sales goals and initiatives through activities including prospecting, sales training, and lead management Assists with onboarding new Regional Sales Managers, providing sales process training Assists in the planning, preparation and coordination of sales meetings and events Collaborates across departments to optimize the sales process Other duties as required

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES:




EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience A positive attitude, motivated, self-starter with strong teamwork skills Strong communication skills both verbal and written Outstanding organizational and time management skills Proven problem solving, decision making and planning skills Ability to maintain accuracy on detailed work Strong customer focus and service orientation with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels in a cross-cultural setting Demonstrates speed and flexibility as appropriate in responding to and adapting to change Promotes cooperation within the team and between teams Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED


1 - 3 years' previous experience in a similar role within the Powersports or related industry and/or strong enthusiast interest Experience in a sales or administrative role preferred Experience with CRM software, Salesforce, Tableau, and NetSuite

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION




All applicants must be eligible to work in the US Normal schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm; ability to work required hours

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of job-related factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, certifications, education, location and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $50K-$75K annually. Our competitive slaries are just one component to CFMOTO's total compensation package.
