A Japanese Seafood Wholesaler is searching an

Bilingual Sales Specialist

in the Honolulu, HI . This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and an appreciation for Japanese food culture. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with both English and/ or Japanese-speaking customers, introducing new products, reviewing sales performance, and conducting market research on trends, products, and competitors.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

strategic account plans

to expand product offerings and increase market share. Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective accounts,

driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets

. Keep a close eye on

market trends, competitors, and customer needs

to uncover new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver

engaging proposals and presentations

to prospective clients in both English and Japanese. Act as the

primary contact for Japanese- and/or English-speaking clients

, handling inquiries, orders, and contract negotiations. Ensure

exceptional customer satisfaction

by resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

Strong

negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building

skills. Excellent

organizational abilities

and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of

Asian food products

is a plus. Proficiency with

Microsoft Office Suite

. Ability to

travel domestically and internationally

as needed. Valid driver's license.

Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English

(verbal and written).

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
