Rhino-Back Roofing is seeking highly motivated and reliable candidates for an outside sales opportunity. The hired associates will be visiting homeowners and inspecting properties damaged by storms. The primary objective is to discover storm damage that may be covered by insurance and obtain permission from the homeowner to handle their project.

This position is not responsible for writing estimates as that is handled internally.

Most importantly we are looking for a smart, honest salesperson who can handle a busy schedule and isn't afraid to use a ladder and get on roofs.

We provide the proper equipment and training to get the job done.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspect roofs damaged by storms or other events Discover and document exterior damage Introduce homeowners to our company and explain our insurance support process Get commitments from customers for us to handle their project Meet with insurance adjusters to show damage
This position is not responsible for negotiating with the adjusters to close projects. That activity is handled internally. This position simply meets the adjusters at the property and points out the damage discovered on the initial property inspection

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of sales experience with top producing results Excellent verbal communication and sales skills Be self-driven & highly motivated Maintain a strong ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and quotas
Passing a pre-employment background check and drug test is required

COMPENSATION
