Sales activity for Automotive Components Group. Works to reach the objectives set by the Manager for the department to reach company goals.
Essential Functions:
Visit Customers, Suppliers, maintain good relationship, and obtain more new business opportunities
Quotation, Price negotiation, GTOP entry, Progress management, Develop business scheme, Contract/Agreement, PPAP, Packaging, Tooling, VTT, and other requests from customer and supplier
Monthly and Yearly Sale & Profit variance analysis
Price negotiation, Price adjustment, Keep and increase profitability, Investigate, and fix the price discrepancy
Additional projects or reporting as required by management
Support Manager/Account Manager to develop new business, new customers, and suppliers
Support Operations team to negotiate with customers and suppliers for sales related items
Achieve sales and gross profit commitment
Propose and implement the work efficiency and standardization
Understand NetSuite
Intra-department cross function capability
Oversee and resolve Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable issues for the accounts responsible for
Competencies
Knowledge of processes involved in International Automotive Trade (import and export).
Knowledge of basic accounting, invoicing, and purchasing principles
Knowledge of inventory control processes
Strong sales and customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PP. and Access
Computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Required Education and Experience
University diploma or Bachelor Level, or experience equivalent
Three or more years in the related area, preferably with automotive industry or international trading experience, and/or with knowledge on supply chain and inventory control
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Hours Requirements
This position typically works a standard work week of 40 hours; however, overtime may be required from time to time.
