Stellar Creative is seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and results-driven Sales Representative / Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven experience using LinkedIn to generate leads, a track record in cold calling, and the drive to independently source new clients. You will also work with pre-provided leads to maximize your opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research, identify, and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn and other social platforms.
Cold Calling:
Proactively engage prospects through cold calls to secure client meetings.
Client Acquisition:
Independently source and close new business opportunities.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Performance Metrics:
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through strategic outreach and diligent follow-up.
Feedback & Reporting:
Provide regular updates and market insights to management.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience leveraging LinkedIn for sales and networking.
Demonstrated success in cold calling and lead generation.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and exceed targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Prior experience in sales or account management is highly desirable.

Compensation:
Commission-only structure initially, with the expectation of closing at least one sale.
After the first sale, receive
$25/hour
plus
10% commission
on all deals closed.
