Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up. Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Manage territory sales effectively, ensuring coverage of all potential clients within the assigned area. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics. Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on lead generation initiatives and improve overall sales performance. Participate in retail sales events and trade shows as needed to promote products and services. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or territory management is preferred. Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. Familiarity with lead generation techniques and tools. Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
