Job Description
We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Total Wireless Sales Representative
to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, love mobile technology, and want a job with growth opportunities, this role is a great fit.Welcome customers and understand their wireless needs Recommend Total Wireless plans, phones, add-ons, and accessories Activate new lines, process upgrades, and handle SIM/phone setups Provide basic device troubleshooting and support Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals Maintain a clean, organized sales area Stay updated on current promotions and product changes Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills Retail or sales experience preferred (but not required) Comfortable learning new systems and wireless products Reliable, motivated, and goal-driven Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends High school diploma or equivalent
