Duties

Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the value and technical features of our offerings. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through account management and upselling techniques, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and close deals confidently while providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and account management complemented by excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with CRM software like Gohighlevel and other CRM tools to streamline sales processes. Demonstrated ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives. Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus; willingness to learn about new products and solutions. Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans for territory growth. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing multiple accounts and driving business development efforts.
