Position Overview

As an

Sales Representative

, you'll play a vital role in helping clients protect what matters most -- their families, assets, and futures. You'll identify customer needs, present tailored insurance solutions, and build lasting relationships that drive growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up. Present and explain options to individuals and businesses. Manage customer inquiries with professionalism and care. Maintain compliance with company standards. Build relationships that lead to long-term client retention and referrals. Participate in ongoing sales and product training sessions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and goal orientation. Self-starter

Preferred Skills

Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Desire to grow into a leadership or agency management role.
