Key Responsibilities of a Sales Representative:



Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and providing customized Verizon product recommendations throughout sales transactions. Drive sales growth by confidently promoting Verizon services, matching customer needs with the right solutions. Resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset. Collaborate with other Sales Representative teams to ensure a seamless, consistent experience across all customer touchpoints. Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback to support service improvements and operational efficiency. Stay informed on Verizon's evolving product line and industry developments to anticipate customer needs and offer proactive solutions. Contribute to the team's overall success by demonstrating leadership among your Sales Representative colleagues.

What We're Looking For in a Sales Representative:



High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related roles preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. A passion for helping people and a natural ability to promote products and services. Comfortable using CRM systems and customer support technology. Team-oriented mindset with a drive to support colleagues and company goals. A professional, positive attitude with a desire to grow.
