Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team! Duties



Engage in outside sales activities by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing accounts Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software tools like Salesforce Manage territory sales by developing strategic plans to maximize coverage and market penetration Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and regular follow-ups Track sales activities, analyze market trends, and prepare reports to inform future strategies

Requirements



Proven experience in outside &/or inside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for lead generation, pipeline management, and customer tracking A customer-centric approach to service delivery Exceptional communication skills for cold calling, inside sales, and building long-term client relationships
