Position Overview

As a

Sales Representative

at Lynch Roofing, you will be responsible for driving new business by meeting with potential customers, assessing their roofing needs, and presenting solutions that align with their goals. You'll work closely with our experienced team to ensure customer satisfaction while exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new leads in the residential and commercial markets Conduct roof inspections and provide detailed assessments Present roofing solutions to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns Build and maintain strong customer relationships Follow up on leads, prepare estimates, and close sales Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Coordinate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution Represent Lynch Roofing with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

Previous sales experience, preferably in construction, roofing, or a related field - THIS IS A MUST Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to close sales Ability to build rapport and trust with clients Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic knowledge of roofing systems is a plus (training will be provided) Comfortable working outdoors and performing roof inspections
