AT&T Sales Representative

! In this role, you'll engage with customers, identify their communication needs, and offer the latest AT&T products and services -- including wireless plans, internet, TV, and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by actively listening to customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for wireless plans, devices, and related services. Educate customers on AT&T's products, promotions, and technology features. Maintain expert-level knowledge of all AT&T products and services. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction. Keep the store organized, stocked, and aligned with brand presentation standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (wireless industry experience is a plus). Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
