We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in B2B and territory management. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships across various industries.

Responsibilities



Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base. Manage existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products, and ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase features and benefits. Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while meeting company objectives. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies for lead generation. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to stay ahead in the marketplace. Provide feedback from clients to product development teams for continuous improvement of offerings.

Skills



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Expertise in territory management, account management, and business development strategies. Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. Strong communication and presentation skills for conducting product demos and client meetings. Ability to perform market analysis, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic plans for growth. Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships through effective account management. Knowledge of marketing principles, sales techniques including cold calling, upselling, and direct sales approaches. Adaptability to fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Pay: $48,624.35 - $58,558.36 per year
