Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, business development, and customer engagement. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and territory management, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients in a B2B environment. The Sales Representative will leverage their expertise in technology sales and CRM software to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue. Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, product demos, and direct sales presentations. Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze data for informed decision-making. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth within assigned territories. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on product knowledge.

Requirements



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus) for managing leads and accounts. Demonstrated ability in territory management and lead generation strategies. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A background in retail sales or direct sales is advantageous but not mandatory. A passion for technology products or services is highly desirable. Pay: $18.00 - $100.00 per hour
