Position Overview

Precision Roofing LLC is seeking a motivated Roofing Sales & Estimating Specialist to join our growing team. This role is focused on selling residential roofing projects, with opportunities to expand into additional sales areas as the company grows.

This position is ideal for someone with strong sales experience who is comfortable meeting homeowners, building trust, and closing deals. Roofing and construction knowledge will be trainedinternally. Full-time, part time, and seasonal positions available. Position hourly or a salaried depending on candidates experience with commission opportunities and steady, year-round work.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

Meet with homeowners for scheduled roofing appointments Build rapport and trust through professional communication Present roofing solutions clearly and confidently Explain project scope, materials, timelines, and next steps Follow up on leads and estimates to convert opportunities into sold projects

Estimating & Documentation

Perform basic on-site inspections (training provided) Gather measurements, photos, and project details Create estimates using company systems and pricing tools Maintain organized job notes and customer documentation

Coordination

Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate job handoff Assist with scheduling and material coordination as needed

Required Experience & Skills

Proven sales experience Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working directly with homeowners Confident presenting pricing and closing sales Organized, dependable, and able to manage a daily lead flow Willingness to learn roofing systems and company processes Valid driver's license
