We're looking for highly-motivated and outgoing individuals who love to meet new people and are looking for career/resume-building experiences! Working for EVO will teach you communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning. As an entry-level representative, you'll be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive presentations. The skills learned at EVO are applicable to almost any career field you are going into.

Primary job responsibilities include:
Speak with homeowners door-to-door about the benefits of home security
Promoting home security products and services to prospective and existing clients
Working with a team to hit mutual goals
Network and expand customer base
Participation in ongoing training on a daily basis

Ability to communicate and connect with customers
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
Self-driven and competitive
Open-minded, with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths

Compensation and Benefits:
Unlimited earning potential! (our top first year earned over 150k this previous summer, average first-year compensation is 24k in a 4-month summer)
