DPF Solutions is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with customers in the field. Your primary focus will be on identifying customers, providing exceptional service, and promoting our services to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and research to generate new business opportunities. Conduct in-person meetings with customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends for management review. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our brand and network with potential clients.

Skills



Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing time efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
