Responsibilities



Develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories. Manage existing client accounts by providing ongoing support, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct detailed product demonstrations tailored to client needs to showcase features and benefits. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms effectively to close deals that align with company goals. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage sales pipelines, and generate reports on sales activities. Engage in territory management by planning visits, setting appointments, and maintaining comprehensive records of client interactions. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns aimed at increasing market penetration. Perform analysis of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Participate in inside sales efforts including follow-up communications via email or phone calls. Support management in developing strategic plans for business development initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently. Conduct product demos demonstrating technical features tailored to client requirements. Assist in training new team members on sales techniques and CRM usage. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, product enhancements, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously. Demonstrated success in business development activities including lead generation and cold calling. Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities. Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to sales growth initiatives. Familiarity with technology products or services is preferred but not mandatory. Strong analysis skills for evaluating market data and customer needs. Experience in territory management including planning visits and maintaining detailed records. Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to deliver engaging product demos that highlight technical features.
