Key Responsibilities
Generate self-sourced leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals.
Convert inbound company leads into signed contracts.
Conduct roof inspections, document damage, and manage insurance claims for homeowners.
Oversee projects from sale to completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to achieve team goals.
Track performance metrics and collaborate with leadership to refine strategy.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 3 years in roofing sales (storm or insurance claims preferred).
At least 1 year in a managerial or team lead role.
Proven ability to self-generate leads and close $1M+ annually.
Knowledge of roofing systems and insurance claim processes.
Strong communication, leadership, and CRM skills.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, smartphone, and clean background.
Preferred: experience managing door-to-door or direct sales teams.
