WHAT YOU'LL DO (THE REAL WORK)
You won't sit behind a desk blasting cold calls. You'll be out in the field doing what matters:
Meet qualified homeowners in their homes
Lead confident, structured conversations to uncover their full renovation goals and vision
Set clear, honest expectations (no fairy dust, no surprises)
Take accurate measurements and assess existing conditions
Build fully itemized, detailed estimates for every partof the renovation
(labor, materials, scopes of work -- the whole enchilada)
Prepare clear scopes of work that protect both the client andthe company
Present proposals with confidence
Close the deal and collect the deposit
No hand-offs. No guessing. No "someone else will price that."
WHAT YOU MUST BRING TO THE TABLE
This is not an entry-level sales role.
You must have:
Previous residential construction project management experience
A strong understanding of renovation sequencing, trades, and real-world costs
Comfort generating estimates across all aspects of residential remodeling
The ability to communicate complex construction concepts in plain English
Confidence leading homeowners through big decisions and big budgets
Professional presence in clients' homes
The discipline to document everything clearly and accurately
