Sales Representative - Concrete Services

We are a fast-growing concrete company looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This position focuses on door-to-door outreach and following up with company-provided leads. The ideal candidate is outgoing, reliable, and driven to meet sales goals.

Compensation: pay can be negotiable

Commission-based: $500-$1,500 per project sold Monthly earning potential: $2,000-$6,000+ (based on performance) Weekly/Monthly bonuses available for top performers
Responsibilities:

Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to generate interest Follow up on company-provided leads and convert into customers Explain services clearly and professionally to homeowners and businesses Track sales activity and report progress Build lasting customer relationships
Requirements:

Strong communication and people skills Comfortable with door-to-door outreach Self-motivated and goal-driven Reliable transportation Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required)
