Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in various sales channels including B2B, territory management, and inside/outside sales. You will play a key role in fostering customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and driving revenue growth across designated territories.

Duties



Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base. Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management strategies. Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients to showcase features and benefits. Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions. Engage in direct sales efforts, including inside and outside sales activities, to meet or exceed sales targets. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals while maintaining profitability. Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and develop strategies for growth. Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue per account.

Skills



Proven experience in outside sales with an emphasis is home building , B2B sales, or territory management with a strong understanding of business development strategies. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Strong communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and client interactions. Ability to perform lead generation through cold calling, networking, and marketing campaigns. Knowledge of technology or product-specific sales home building environments is preferred. Demonstrated ability in account management, upselling, and customer service excellence. Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and making informed decisions. Self-motivated with a proactive approach toward achieving sales goals in a competitive landscape. Pay: $88,245.57 - $11,111,111.00 per year
