Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals.
Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
Conduct product demos and present solutions tailored to client needs.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
Engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate new leads.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Upsell additional products or services based on client needs and market trends.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
Experience in technical sales or technology-related fields is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
Experience in territory management and lead generation strategies is highly desirable.
