Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients within your designated territory. Your primary focus will be on outside sales, where you will engage with potential customers, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong account management skills and a deep understanding of the market to effectively promote our products.

Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on progress. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns. Manage territory effectively by organizing schedules and prioritizing leads.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales or territory management is preferred. Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully. Experience in account management, ensuring client needs are met consistently. Proficiency in using VinSolutions or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients. Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
