We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and territory management, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building. Duties



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies. Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions. Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients to showcase features and benefits. Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales coverage and market penetration. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for market expansion and brand awareness. Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to increase revenue streams. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape for effective selling. Provide feedback from clients to the management team for continuous improvement of products and services.

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management preferred. Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and account management. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple accounts effectively. Experience in technical sales or marketing is a plus. Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies. Strong analysis skills for assessing market opportunities and sales performance. Knowledge of retail sales, inside sales, or management roles is advantageous but not required.
