We are growing and looking to add to the team!


We are currently hiring an Account Manager with a focus on Commercial and Industrial Electrical in Eastern Mass. This position will conduct business to business sales both in the field and in the office. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of business-to-business sales experience and a passion for construction.


$60,000-75,000 Salary with 6 figure potential earnings

Responsibilities include:

Outside sales to construction job sites and professional offices. Inside sales to decision maker in the construction industry. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, staff and STP craftsmen. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience to help staff clients job sites. Contract negotiation. Responsiveness and problem solving with both clients and STP craftsmen.

Preferred qualifications:

Electrical Sales, Construction Sales, or experience working with commercial electrical contractors Staffing experience strongly preferred! Ability to effectively interact face to face and over the phone/virtually Must be able to work independently as well as in a team. Ability to multi-task in a busy ever-changing environment Ability to travel throughout Eastern Massachusetts

Compensation & Benefits:
