Duties
Develop and execute strategic outside sales plans to expand market reach within assigned territories.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software to build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing value propositions effectively.
Manage key accounts through proactive account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform targeted marketing efforts.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support revenue growth.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management efforts using CRM tools like Salesforce for accurate forecasting and reporting.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations, close deals, and upsell products or services effectively.
Expertise in business development strategies, lead generation techniques, and direct sales approaches.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and tracking sales progress.
