Duties
Inbound and outbound calls
Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions' value propositions
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing initiatives to expand the customer base
Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales potential
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals efficiently while maintaining profitability
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering tailored solutions
Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams
Requirements
High school graduate
Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories effectively
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement
Experience in sales is a plus but not required
