We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Duties



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. Manage a designated territory by developing and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for market penetration and brand awareness. Provide ongoing account management to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Support management in developing sales strategies, forecasting, and territory planning.

Skills



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on territory management. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for building client relationships. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus. Ability to conduct product demos effectively and demonstrate technical knowledge of the products or services sold. Excellent analysis skills for assessing market data, customer needs, and sales performance metrics. Experience in lead generation techniques including cold calling and direct sales approaches. Customer service orientation with the ability to upsell and manage accounts efficiently. Knowledge of retail sales environments or inside sales strategies is advantageous. Management skills for overseeing client portfolios or assisting in team leadership roles when necessary.
