Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Have some knowledge in building construction materials Ensure the customers get the materials they need Ensure the paper works get done in a timely matter Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to scheduled routes and customer commitments. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with customers during deliveries. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of deliveries, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Assist with stocking and merchandising products at delivery locations as needed. Conduct product demonstrations and upsell additional items when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery schedules, inventory levels, and customer feedback. Construction background in building, roofing , decking and siding

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and effective communication. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math tasks. Supervising experience is a plus Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. Experience with merchandising and product demos is beneficial.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
