This role isn't about high-pressure tactics or gimmick-based sales, but does require someone who is assertive, disciplined, focused on results, and highly effective at driving sales. You must be comfortable working within structured systems and closing long, complex deals professionally, and you should excel at guiding clients, maintaining high activity levels and have strong follow-up skills.
To thrive in this role, you must be a person who takes ownership of your pipeline, aren't afraid to push deals forward, and is not shy about asking for a commitment.

Identify buyer motivations, uncover objections, and address them directly
Maintain strong pipeline discipline and hit weekly/monthly activity targets
Product accurate quotes, proposals, and purchase agreements
Keep deals moving forward through proactive outreach - Not waiting for customers to call
Collaborate with design and operations to ensure accurate handoff
Close sales with confidence, clarity, and accountability
Position Requirements:
Proven success in sales role with measurable results
Strong communicator who asks direct, strategic questions
Self-motivated and competitive, with the ability to work independently
Comfortable operating within a structured sales system
Excellent follow-up habits and time management
Ability to quickly learn product details and communicate value clearly
Preferred Skills:
Experience in construction, real estate, homebuilding, or high-value product sales
CRM Experience and comfort with digital tools
Familiarity with long sales cycles and multi-step processes
