Union Horse is hiring for a full time Distillery Territory Manager (Sales Representative).

Responsibilities:



Achieve year sales goals by working with assigned distributors. Meet monthly with distributor partners to review sales, objectives and targets. Develop direct and productive relationships with existing key accounts. Follow-up on new sales leads in a timely manner. Execute and plan tastings programs and events inside and outside the distillery. Schedule and lead tours, events, and tastings at the distillery for accounts and partners. Develop strong working relationships with top accounts. Support, work, and ride with distributor reps to increase brand education and drive sales. Lead sales trainings for distributors, accounts and partners. Actively participate and set-up brand promotions, tastings, and events monthly. Report weekly (review/preview) priorities, results, and market observers. Maintain calendar of activities and promotions. Complete special projects as needed such as pricing, distribution, menu development with accounts, etc. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices. Act as a representative of the Union Horse brand which includes maintaining a professional, appropriate, courteous demeanor at all times.

Requirements:



2+ years of beverage industry and / or cpg sales experience with a proven track record of success. Some out-of-state travel is required with expenses paid by distillery. Bartending and restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. Clean motor vehicle report and reliable transportation. Must have ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner. Must have the ability to manage time and achieve deadlines. Valid driver's license with good driving record with no prior criminal history. Customer and brand focused mindset. Some weekend availability required. Must have great attendance and punctuality.
