This is a

field-based role

What You'll Do

Engage directly with people to represent client campaigns and secure new donors Lead by example and help motivate others to hit team goals Learn advanced communication, persuasion, and leadership techniques Assist in event setup and day-to-day campaign operations Develop professionally through structured coaching and mentorship

Pay & Opportunity

Base pay:

$500-$700 per week during training (paid weekly)

Additional compensation:

Daily Performance Based Incentives
