Job Overview

We are a growing tree service company looking for a motivated sales representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with customers, providing estimates, building strong relationships, and closing sales for tree removal, pruning, and related services. The ideal candidate is driven, personable, and knowledgeable about the sales process with a strong ability to connect with customers and deliver service

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling. Manage existing accounts and foster long-term relationships with clients. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to potential customers. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the company.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales in the tree industry (Tree service, Landscaping, construction), account management. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Experience in technical sales or technology-related products is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Comfortable working outdoors and around tree service equipment A proactive approach to lead generation and territory sales management. Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
