Sales Representative

to expand our client base and represent our reputation for excellence.

The Opportunity

We're not looking for just another salesperson. We're looking for someone who:

Gets energy from building relationships and opening doors. Can identify opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships. Wants to sell services that every business needs--keeping facilities clean, safe, and professional.

What You'll Do

Prospect and generate new business leads with property managers, schools, healthcare providers, and businesses. Conduct onsite visits, walk-throughs, and develop tailored service proposals. Manage pipeline and sales activity to consistently meet and exceed goals. Represent Cleaning Connection at networking events, trade associations, and industry groups. Partner with our operations team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary +

uncapped commission

(earning potential $70K-$90K+ in year one). Pay Weekly Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement. Paid training, ongoing support, and career growth opportunities. A strong reputation and 35+ years of local market presence to back you up.

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience (B2B preferred, facility services a plus but not required). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with cold outreach. Desire to work in a growing company where your results directly impact your income.
