Responsibilities



Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals. Negotiate terms effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with fair housing regulations. Market properties through various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and community outreach efforts. Manage client relationships with professionalism, transparency, and enthusiasm to foster trust and loyalty. Coordinate property viewings, and inspections while maintaining organized schedules. Stay informed about real estate local market trends Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, updating records, and managing documentation efficiently. Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and external partners to ensure smooth operations at every stage. Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues proactively. Ensure compliance with all legal standards including Fair Housing regulations and property management policies.

Qualifications



Proven experience in real estate sales is preferred; however, motivated sales reps from other industries are encouraged to apply Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent marketing abilities to attract and retain clients. Exceptional communication skills--both verbal and written--are essential for building rapport and conveying information clearly. Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude towards client satisfaction. Knowledge of real estate Organizational skills that enable managing multiple clients, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently.
