Good Life Energy Savers is seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Sales Representative
to help homeowners improve comfort through professional insulation services.
This role involves
pre-scheduled, in-home consultations
with homeowners. There is
no cold calling
-- all appointments are
company-generated
through referrals and marketing efforts. You will evaluate customer needs, take accurate measurements, educate homeowners on insulation options, and prepare detailed estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified customers
Measure homes and assess insulation needs
Educate homeowners on insulation products and services
Prepare accurate, timely estimates
Build strong relationships with customers and internal team members
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently
Requirements:
Sales in construction industry experience is required
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Reliable vehicle
Basic computer proficiency
Compensation:
Commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. All appointments are company-generated -- no cold calling.
