JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager are to focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clients as well as bringing on new customers. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strengthen and expand new and existing business relationships.
Actively participate in the development of quotations and program proposals.
Maintain customer contacts with the objective of developing long-term business relationships
Meet with internal team members to develop Customer Proposal.
Deliver proposal and gain customer commitment.
Schedule and attend all meetings to ensure customer timeline is met.
Resolve customer issues and identify product issues.
Sales reporting. Weekly, monthly and annual projection reporting.
