About the Role

We are growing and looking to add three In-Home Sales Representatives to our team--two in Houston and one in Charlotte. This is a consultative, appointment-based sales role where we schedule the appointments for you. Your job is to show up, build trust, and close.

This role is an excellent fit for candidates with 5-10 years of military experience or those transitioning into civilian sales careers. Some of our top performers and leaders come from military backgrounds.

What You'll Do

Run 2-3 pre-set in-home appointments per day Present solutions, educate customers, and close sales in the home Accurately build proposals and manage the sales process from start to finish Track activity and pipeline using provided tools Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Compensation & Earning Potential

Uncapped commission structure $1M in sales = ~$80K-$100K depending on margin Top reps exceed $3M+ annually No cap on earnings

What We're Looking For

Proven sales ability OR strong leadership, discipline, and accountability (military background highly valued) Comfortable working independently in the field Strong communication and relationship-building skills Coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented Valid driver's license and clean driving record
