Job Summary

In this role, you will develop and retain a client base of Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Builders, and others. The ideal candidate is customer-focused self-starter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with sales experience.

Generate leads, prospect potential clients, build and maintain client relationships. Secure new orders from new and existing customers. Attend real estate industry functions and participates in community and real estate events. Effectively create and deliver presentations to existing and potential clients. Assess client needs and implement plan to meet those needs. Establish a positive and professional flow of communication with clients, realtors, lenders, and all other parties involved in the closing transaction. Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Education Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent

Work Experience Requirements

Previous Title Insurance and/or Real Estate industry experience preferred (Title Sales Representative or Real Estate Agent) Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Pay Range

Salary ($55,000 - $85,000 annually) plus bonus commission

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
