We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, showcasing our products, and building strong relationships within the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities in both B2B and direct sales environments, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships.
Perform product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility and market penetration.
Manage territory sales by organizing schedules, tracking leads, and reporting on sales performance.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
Familiarity with software tools that facilitate sales processes and customer relationship management.
Experience in B2B sales or direct sales is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
Ability to analyze data and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
