We are a Car Audio Shop Selling all car accessories and installation services.

Position will be to manage store duties and growth into installation, commissions and more . Background in automotive, sales ,installations preferred.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, product demos, and face-to-face meetings to generate leads and close deals Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, upselling products, and ensuring client satisfaction Lead territory management efforts by analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and expanding our reach through targeted marketing initiatives Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast future sales opportunities Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue while maintaining strong relationships Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness in target markets

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales and lead generation efforts effectively Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and other CRM tools for account management and analysis skills Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster long-term client relationships Ability to perform product demos and technical sales presentations confidently Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and execute successful sales campaigns

Pay: $17.50 - $22.50 per hour
