About Us

The Wellness Institute of Neurodevelopment (WIN) is a leading pediatric medical practice specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders using our proprietary Franceschi Method. We serve patients with autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges while expanding our services to include med spa offerings such as aesthetics, weight loss, hormone replacement, and IV therapy.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, friendly, and highly organized Sales Representative to join our growing Puerto Rico location. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective families, educating them about our specialized services, and converting leads into scheduled appointments. You will serve as the first point of contact for many families seeking help for their children, making your role crucial to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation:



Identify and contact prospective patients/clients through various channels Conduct outbound calls to sales leads and respond to inbound inquiries Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations about WIN's services Follow up persistently with leads to convert them into scheduled appointments Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities, appointments, and client interactions

Relationship Building:



Build rapport with prospective families and address their concerns with empathy Emphasize how WIN's specialized services solve specific developmental challenges Answer questions about our treatment approaches, services, and pricing Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process Maintain ongoing contact with clients to nurture long-term relationships

Market Intelligence:



Conduct relevant market research on neurodevelopmental services in Puerto Rico Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to increase brand awareness Analyze sales data to optimize outreach strategies Suggest creative approaches to reach families in need of our services Collaborate with colleagues across departments to improve service delivery

Administrative Tasks:



Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review Maintain and update contact lists and CRM database (Salesforce experience preferred) Track conversion rates and appointment show rates Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies
Required Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries Excellent communication skills in both

Spanish and English (bilingual required)

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust quickly Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet sales targets Proficient with computers and willingness to learn CRM software Compassionate approach when working with families of children with special needs Valid driver's license (if outside sales required)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in account management or outside sales Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Understanding of autism, ADHD, or neurodevelopmental disorders Background in healthcare or medical services sales Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
