Sales Representative / Customer Service Associate

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a drive to create an exceptional shopping experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting customers in selecting furniture and home products that meet their needs and style preferences Learning what it entails to help someone find a better nights rest. Listening to their needs and helping guide them to their best option in bedding. Following up with leads and existing customers to maintain strong relationships Handling customer inquiries and service issues in a professional and timely manner Updating pricing, product information, and showroom displays Supporting store advertising and promotional efforts Learning and utilizing point-of-sale and inventory management software

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) Ability to learn new software and processes quickly Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Previous sales or retail experience preferred but not required

Projected Total Compensation: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
