Cash Concrete is a locally owned ready mix concrete supplier serving Greencastle and surrounding communities. We're seeking a motivated
Ready Mix Concrete Sales Representative
to grow accounts and support contractors, builders, and commercial customers in West Central Indiana.Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and municipalities Develop new business through jobsite visits and local prospecting Prepare quotes, manage pricing, and maintain customer accounts Coordinate with dispatch and plant operations to meet customer needs Track upcoming projects and market activity
Qualifications
Construction materials or ready mix concrete sales experience preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with ability to manage a local sales territory Knowledge of local construction market a plus
