We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at our Seattle dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and managing assigned territories. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and the ability to build strong relationships with customers in a B2B and B2C environment. About us
Guild Golf Carts is a family-owned golf cart dealership specializing in new cart sales and custom golf cart add ons. We opened our dealership headquarters in Portland, Oregon in 2020 and have grown to now own and operate a total of 5 dealership locations as of October 2024. We partner with electric vehicle manufacturers to sell brand new carts, and also buy fleets of used carts to fix up and then resell. We have a great sales team and a high quality service center at each of our locations.
Responsibilities
Manage all sales accounts both open and closed that run through the Seattle dealership.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring all leads are followed up promptly.
Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate new business opportunities.
Upsell additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs.
Utilize CRM tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
Maintain thorough knowledge of products and market trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Skills & Requirements
Must be a legal US Citizen.
Must have a valid US Driver's license.
Proven experience in direct sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficient in territory management and capable of developing strategic plans for growth.
Strong cold calling skills with the ability to initiate conversations and build rapport quickly.
Experience in upselling techniques and understanding customer needs effectively.
Familiarity excel spreadsheets & invoicing softwares
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients.
Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes and lead generation strategies is highly desirable.
