We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to promote and sell recycling services and materials. The ideal candidate will develop new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and help expand our recycling operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers for recycling services and recycled materials
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Promote recycling solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct site visits to assess customer recycling needs
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer proposals
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (recycling, waste management, or industrial sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
Basic understanding of recycling materials and processes (training can be provided)
Proficiency in MS Office
High school diploma or equivalent
