What is the job?



We'll talk more about it down the line in the process if you're selected, but here is a little about the position:

In-home sales with homeowners looking to paint their home Most of the leads are generated by the company and most appointments are set by our Office and Marketing staff 90% of your time is spent doing estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up with prospects 10% of your time is spent on team building, meetings, trainings, and administrative tasks. You aren't required to be in any meetings that don't provide value to you, and we actively try to avoid holding meetings that "could've been an email"*

This is a full time position with occasional long days and weekend work, but you will have the freedom to make your own schedule for the most part. You'll see greater and faster success if you choose to be available evenings and weekends. The Sales Representative is the person accountable for providing customers with accurate estimates via in person estimates and emailed estimates and providing all information to the Production Coordinator for successful delivery of outstanding service, as well as post project follow up for continuing Company relationships with customers. Most work will be done in and around Albuquerque but this position may require driving to and from nearby areas as well.

Qualifications and Requirements

Ability to work independently

Technical knowledge of the painting trade is not necessary, but would give you a leg up in learning the processes.

We currently do not have a company vehicle for this position, so you must have reliable transportation with current insurance. In order to be considered, you must have a clean and valid driver's license with no restrictions, and must have a working smartphone.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
